Our Naturo subscription service gives you the opportunity to select your chosen products and set up a recurring order for these products. This recurring order will be at a reduced price of 5% off for every order. Setting up a subscription means you never have to worry about running out of your cat or dog's favourite food.

You can amend your subscription (products, quantities, delivery frequency) up to 1 week before your next delivery is due.


A minimum value of £50/€50 must be reached in your order to avail of our subscription services. This is for each time period e.g. £50/€50 every 4 weeks, and if you set up another time frame for 8 weeks, this must also reach £50/€50. There is no maximum amount of items you can order.

Visit your chosen product pages and simply select “Order Every” and select your chosen delivery frequency, add to your basket and check out as per usual!

Once you’ve subscribed, you’ll receive an email confirming your Subscription Service order. This email will include a link to your account, where you can manage your future orders, subscription items, and your subscription account details.

Unfortunately other discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with our Subscription Service, as you are already benefiting from a reduction in price as well as the convenience of having your order delivered at a frequency that suits you best.

Your order will be placed as usual and all future orders will be placed automatically based on the delivery frequency that you have selected.

The frequency you select will be the day you are billed, and the day that your subsequent orders are dispatched. E.g. you have selected a two week frequency on a Tuesday, so every other Tuesday you will be billed, the order will be packed and dispatched, and it will arrive to you 3 working days later.

You will be able to amend your subscription up until one week before your delivery is due. Delivery is free.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled within the first 3 months but can be cancelled any time following this.

Should one of your chosen products be discontinued or have a change in price, you will be notified via email to enable you to amend your subscription as you see fit.

In order to avail of our subscriptions, you must be registered as a customer on our website.

You can manage your subscription in the “My Subscriptions” menu in your account at any time. Subscriptions can be cancelled after 3 months, and subscription amends may be made up until one week before your next delivery is due.
